This contract is solely between named seller and named buyer. A $50.00 fee is charged for any stop
payment, insufficient fund checks, or closed accounts. The contract serves as a first notice; insufficient
checks will be immediately turned over to the District Attorney for collections. No puppy shall be
delivered until checks or money orders have cleared.
This dog/puppy is guaranteed to be in good health at the time of pick up or delivery. Replacement puppy
will be offered from the next available litter, same sex as listed above, only if all requirements listed below
are met. Under no circumstances are refunds made.
1. The dog/puppy is declared to be in a life threatening condition by a practicing licensed veterinarian
within 48 hours of buyer obtaining physical possession of named dog/puppy and a written report by D.V.
M. is submitted to seller.
2. If the dog/puppy dies, buyer must have a necropsy performed (at buyers expense), within 48 hours, by
a state lab and provide seller a copy of the report.
3. Seller does not guarantee against hypoglycemia, or any other common health issues such as diarrhea,
wormy stool, Coccidiosis, ear mites, external parasites, or stress due to shipping or new environment.
Other minor health issues that are not covered under this guarantee are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
4. Any and all veterinarian expenses are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
5. All puppies are sold as pets only. No guarantee will be given as to size, color, quality, or fertility.
6. Puppies are susceptible to pneumonia and other infections due to drafts, cold temperature, and stress
from shipping, etc., and are vulnerable to viral infections including Parvo and Corona Virus. Any and all
above mentioned minor and/or major health issues need to be examined by a licensed veterinarian if they
occur, and the D.V.Ms advice should be followed.
7. A puppy's infant vaccinations series and annual boosters are scheduled and administered as advised by
seller.
8. Seller will not be responsible for accidents after buyer gains physical possession of dog\puppy,
regardless of method of shipping and/or pickup.
9. Minor health issues that can be cured by medication or surgery are not covered by any guarantee once
the dog/puppy leaves the possession of seller.
10. Seller is responsible for all congenital defects of puppies up to age of three (3) years; hip dysplasia,
deafness, blindness, demodectic mange, heart murmur, etc. Seller is not responsible for any
health/conformation defects later than three (3) years of age, regardless whether buyer contacts seller.
There is no oral representation or warranties not contained herein. This contract of sale contains the entire
agreement between the two parties. All implied guarantees are hereby excluded.
